Welcome to the 6th ANNUAL OMNI YOUTH MUSIC & ACTOR AWARDS, a fundraiser event supporting the after school arts education outreach programs of B.I.A.P.A. Inc. Since 1986, founded by Marlene Dove, who made her singing debut at the world famous Carnegie Hall at the age of 15 as a coloratura soprano, receiving many accolades for her community service to over 2,000 financially challenged youth training in the music and performing arts within Los Angeles County and LAUSD public schools, this non-profit organization has served over fourteen outreach arts educational programs. The Academy´s mission is to ensure that students of all economic, cultural and racial backgrounds have music, dance and drama in their lives to express innate talent, reach higher academic success and prevent high school truancy and dropouts.

Mission Statement

The world's well being rests in Today's youth. Music and the Performaing Arts has been scientifically proven that music programs are as important as the 3 R's. Fine Arts programs build skills and critical thinking through the 3 D's, definition, direction and discipline.

Music also preclude gang, criminal involvement and cross cultural, ethnic and national boundaries, giving a child self respect and self esteem that leads to promoting higher test scores and academic ahievement.
